Where Are Talika Products Made?
All of our products are made in France, as they have been since 1948!
Are Talika Products Safe For Sensitive Skin?
At Talika we are proud to offer a variety of products for a multitude of skin types, including sensitive skin. Our products are made with mostly natural ingredients to create as little irritation as possible and are all dermatologically tested.

Are Your Products Safe For Eyes?
All of our eye care products have been dermatologically tested and proven as safe- if you have any concerns about a product getting into your eyes we recommend you refer to that products packaging for guidance or contact our customer care team at at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I Use Your Products With Contact Lenses
Yes, our products do not go in the eye and instead sit on the lashes which means this should not impact contact lens use!
Where Do You Ship To?
From this website we ship anywhere in the UK, for shipping outside of the UK we recommend visiting the other official Talika websites which can be found here.

We ship from our UK warehouse so all orders will be shipped locally.
How Do I Qualify For Free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over the value of £25
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, it might take us a little longer than usual to ship your order and process returns. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with your shipping confirmation and tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
While we will try our best to update orders for you, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change or cancel an order depending on the time since the order was placed.
If you wish to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so our team can assist with this. In the case of us not being able to cancel or alter an order, our team will advise on the best action to amend the issue as fast as possible for you.
Can I Return My Order?
If you are looking to complete a return please contact email@example.com within 14 days of purchase so that our team can advise you on how to best do this.
Please note that we cannot resell open cosmetic products and so would not be able to accept a return of one of these products unless sealed in its original packaging unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.
My Order Arrived And Is Incorrect, What Do I Do?
If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
How Do I Use A Promo/Discount Code?
Discount codes are all subject to terms and conditions and can only be used on products which are applicable. You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with any other discount or promotion unless specified in the promotion of the code.
The promotional code must be entered in the field dedicated to this purpose at checkout. We strongly recommend that you finalise your order immediately after entering your code to avoid any malfunction that would cause you to lose the benefit.
It is impossible for us to recredit you the commercial advantage associated with a code after an order. Accordingly, we do not accept any claims for misuse or failure to use a code.
Discount codes are not disclosed to our customer care team before the start of a promotion and they have no responsibility to disclose discount codes ahead of time or compensate you when a promotional period is missed. Our discount codes are available for a limited time only and this is beyond the control of our customer care team.
